I have been a licensed health provider since 2015. My approach to care is thoughtful, personalized, and evidence-informed. I value care for self, spaces, relationships, and have a deep love and respect for nature and community.

A FEW FACTS ABOUT ME:

  • Graduated summa cum laude from the University of Bridgeport College of Chiropractic and hold a BA (with Honors) in French Studies and History from Wesleyan University.
  • Completed my clinical training at the Veterans Hospital in West Haven and Optimus Healthcare in Bridgeport, CT.
  • Interned with Drs. Donald Murphy, Michael Reife, and Sharon Vallone.
  • Serves on the Council of Elders for Artists for World Peace, a non-profit based in Middletown that helps raise funds for humanitarian causes around the world.
  • Serves on the CT Board of Chiropractic Examiners.
  • Created the be joy seek joy community in 2016 for women to connect and share their insights and experiences.
  • Live in Connecticut with my husband and many plants, and enjoy reading, cooking, and creativity.
